Join ITRA
ITRA membership is open to scientific researchers, practitioners and other persons and organizations wishing to follow what is currently going on in the field of toy research. Individuals who would like to join ITRA may apply for membership by sending a completed application including a description of their scientific and/or professional activities related to toys and toy research to Luisa Magalhães, ITRA Secretary, (e-mail:itranwslttr@gmail.com). Membership applications are considered quarterly by the board.
Members are included in the ITRA mailing list for the ITRA Newsletter and other relevant information.
Membership fees are included with registration fees for ITRA World conferences and span the time until the next conference (the ITRA Board's decision in Alicante, 8th August 2005). This means that the membership fees for conference participants at the 10th ITRA World Conference held in Augsburg, Germany 5-7 of August, 2026 are considered paid in full until the 11th ITRA World Conference in 2029.
For anyone unable to attend the 2026 conference, we are offering a special, discounted 3-year membership fee of 100 € for professionals or 50 € for retirees and students that will extend membership until the 2029 World Conference. This special membership rate will only be available until January 31, 2027 after which payment will revert to an annual basis. See the fee schedule below for details.
